First Junior
Mike’s Career started at the Law Society in 1988; he went on to Clerk at 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square and family law set 4 Paper buildings. He joined 1 Hare Court (then 1 Mitre Court Buildings) in 2001 as first Junior Clerk.
Together with his colleagues, he is responsible for the management and development of Counsels’ practices. He has the day to day overall responsibility for negotiating and billing Counsels’ fees, work distribution and diary management, as well as assisting Steve with other aspects of Chambers Management.
Mike’s hobbies include playing Ice Hockey, losing Golf balls, organising and playing for 5 a side Football team, skiing as well as keeping fit generally; he also holds a season ticket at Arsenal.
